Compliance
- Complete handling of director meetings
- Complete handling of shareholder meetings, drafting of Notice of Meeting and Proxy, Chairman’s script, lodgement of meeting materials with ASIC and the ASX

Our Team

Nicholas Ong

Managing Director

Nicholas was a Principal Adviser at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and brings 16 years’ experience in IPO, listing rules compliance and corporate governance. He was an active member of the ASX JORC Group and has overseen the admission of over 100 companies to the official list of the ASX. Nicholas is a fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

Benjamin Bussell

Director & CFO

Ben is a Senior Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in public accounting, corporate accounting and taxation. Ben acts as Chief Financial Officer of several ASX-listed and private entities. Ben’s current role is primarily focused on preparation of general and special purpose financial reports and managing all aspects of their independent audit and reporting to stakeholders. Ben is currently a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Daniel Smith

Commercial Director

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and has a strong background in finance having previously worked in the broking industry. Dan has 13 years’ primary and secondary capital markets expertise, and has advised on and been involved in a number of IPOs, RTOs and capital raisings on the ASX and NSX. Dan’s focus is on commercial due diligence and transaction structuring as well as ongoing investor and stakeholder engagement.

Nick Bishop

Finance Director

Nick is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Tax Institute Australia (ATIA). Nick qualified as a member of the ACCA in 2006 and has significant experience in the financial reporting, auditing and taxation of a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies in Australia, Asia and the UK. Nick has extensive ASX compliance and statutory reporting experience and acts as a Chief Financial Officer for a number of ASX listed companies.
